We strive on our products being the best before we ship it out to you. If there are any issues after receiving your purchase, you will need to contact us via email and ship it back within 7 days after receiving your item. We will be more than happy to help fix your issue. 

All bows on nylon/clip are final sale since they are one size fits all and custom handmade for your little babe.

If you have purchased Headwraps that are too small/big, it is eligible to be shipped back to us (within 7 days of receiving your item) and sized up or down. Resizing issues are not exchangeable for store credit, due to all of our items being custom handmade to fit your little babe.

Any holiday bows are not eligible for return or exchange since they are exclusive to a certain time or holiday. 

All sale or pre-order items are final.

Mystery bags & bundles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

All custom name bows are not eligible for return or exchange, due to them being personalized for your child specifically. These are final sale items.

Any bows that come untied within 30 days of purchase will be fixed by Em’s Bowtique free of shipping cost. Any bows that come untied after 30 days of purchase, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
